Steps:
1.Download the file from above link and save it on your pc.
2.Connect the Android mobile to your PC by USB cable.
3.On Android Phone,go to Setting >More Settings > Tathering and portable hotspot.
4.Check USB tathering.
5.When Windows XP’s New Hardware Wizard opens, select No, not at this time and click Next.
6.Select Install from a specific location and Click Next.
7.Now Browse the file where download file located.Windows XP configures the itself to support USB tethering with the Android phone.
8.When Windows XP finishes installing,Click finish.
